I've read (correct me if wrong), the one issue with cooling & increased turbo boost is that the OEM intercooler has plastic caps or plastic somewhere that would crack at the higher PSI margin. Have people replaced the intercooler? Like with the Raptor version?

For those who don't know, the Transit Ecoboost are power limited when compared to a F150 Ecoboost. The F150 Ecoboost shown in this video came stock with 375hp 470ft lbs. A comparable stock 2017 Transit Ecoboost came stock with 310hp 400ft lbs. The Engine and Transmission are the same. Simply bumping up the Transit to meet the F150 power specs is already a significant improvement. The reason for this is because the Ford Engineers knew the Transits would be heavily loaded when compared to a majority of consumer F150s (which 70% of F150s are unburdened). They limited power in effort increase reliability, while still being best in class in power. I used to work at Ford and have seen tuned Transit Ecoboosts. Get ready to replace the driveshafts as a maintenance item if pushed beyond the F150 power levels.

No it perfect right now as I used the torque and Tran to move the van Econ boost 6 speed, better on the start than the 10 that better after 50
