“We’re just one face here.” 😂😂😂❤️ Thank you, Emily, for recognizing reality and the financial struggles that many people are facing these days. I love how you often feature affordable brands and products that we can afford. Watched another beauty You Tuber yesterday who featured sunscreens priced as high as $68 for just one ounce. She features expensive products on a regular basis. This is fine for those who can afford them, but these days, many can’t. So thanks for keeping it real. ❤️

Emily, you have been a part of my lazy Saturday morning routine for years and I just want to say THANK YOU for being you! You are such a blessing and encouragement 😊 A trick I use when curling my lashes is curling one at a time. I curl lashes on one eye and then apply my first coat, then curl lashes of the other eye and apply first coat, then go back and forth to do additional coats. My left eye always has a harder time holding curl so I start with that one to give the first coat more time to dry while doing my other eye which has a much better time holding curl. Just a thought to share! Have a beautiful weekend! 💁♀️

That is literally my favorite single shadow look when I'm in a rush with my makeup! I will forever repurchase Magnetic Pull and I apply it exactly how you did; bringing up to the crease and dabbing with my finger! It's so good! :) I love how you bring the drama on your channel! I was definitely skeptical because I have had the same experience with Great lash as you; goopy, not holding a curl, never drying down, and just overall not for me, but that did not look bad at all! So basically Covergirl Lash Blast Amplify Primer is great to make even your not great mascaras work for you. I actually use my NYX Control Freak Brow Gel as a lash primer too and it works! I'm interested in how well the Covergirl Matte BB wore throughout the day for you because it sounds like a product I could get behind. And I will definitely be checking out the Almay liners and the Flower Beauty lipstick! Thanks so much for you continued amazing content! :)

This was fun to watch. For me, the difference between the Maybelline Fit Me and Age Rewind concealers is that the Fit Me lays nicely and doesn't make my under eyes look dry or cakey. The Age Rewind does just the opposite for me, it makes my under-eye skin wrinkle up and I look even older. I know I am not the only person with this problem with Age Rewind, I have heard other content creators say the same thing. I always wondered why it was named Age Rewind when it does anything but, however I recognize that we all have different skin types and reactions. I will look for the L'Oreal Powder and the shadow stick, most of the other products I have or have tried. Thanks again.

Great video and one of the reasons why I rarely if ever purchase high end products any longer. I use to really spend a LOT of money on nothing but luxury makeup but I don't miss it or need it any longer since affordable brands have really stepped up the quality of their products. If I do see something that is high end released, I wait for an affordable brand to produce a knock off. A lot of people don't realize that when they pay $50.00 on a lipstick or $150.00 on an eyeshadow palette that people aren't going to look at you and say..."Oh, you are wearing Charlette Tillbury or N. Denona." We can dupe most everything that is manufactured on a higher price scale these days with the exception of multichrome e/s and maybe some of Pat McGrath's special eyeshadow shades. It's only a matter of time before even those will be duped. Thank you for providing us with such great content and recommendations.

Better tone, it actually blends, the formula & color are amazing, and u only have to use a tiny amount. It makes your skin look so natural. WnW water primers also need to be put into a much larger bottle or tube because those are amazing and totally underrated but you go through them so quickly (pricey for the little amount you get and the tube seems like mostly air) because you need quite a bit because it absorbs so well immediately, and the amount you get seems like very little, but those are AMAZING, especially the coconut and I don’t even like coconut. It smooths like a baby’s butt, diminishes pores, moisturizes so well it’s insane and it is so much better imo than most the high end water primers. Usually water primers don’t make much a difference but WNW does. Also, has anyone tried the High Flyer mascara from Wet and Wild? It is such a good formula and wand for being a waterproof mascara. It stays, as waterproof does but isn’t drying, breaking the lashes, or clumpy giving you those heavy spider lashes, or impossible to remove. I hope they come out with this in their permanent line and make a non waterproof version. Their High Flyer lip gloss is really good too and has a slight tingling effect without being too intense, lasts a good time for a gloss and the shades are really flattering, isn’t tacky at all. L’Oréal 4 in 1 balm foundation another 👩🍳 💋

I do remember using the Great Lash mascara ages ago when everyone thought it was the only mascara that we shouldn't live without, Lol I don't buy high end skin care or cosmetics, there are so many good gems at the drugstore, most of the high end products are manufactured by the same company. I have my beloved favorites ... the Neutrogena Gentle Daily creamy cleanser is gentle enough to remove eye makeup, leaves my skin very soft without any irritation. The Essence cosmetics are exceptional quality, I've been using the same mascara from this brand now for over 5 years... the Lash princess sculpted volume mascara, this one has a slightly curved wand. Their Eye brow gel is good too.

I think Maybelline was the first to show the brush shape and type on their packaging - this should be required by law by now! Thanks Emily!

Such a fun video! I’d totally forgotten about the L’Oréal powered but I know I used to love it! My underrated favorites are Undone beauty cream blushes-the ones in the compact, not the sticks. They have gorgeous shades and I love the three levels of opacity, and they stay on forever. My other underrated favorites are Maybelline Cheek heat blushes and Colourpop dewy liquid blushes, but they key for both is that you must tap them with a dense brush-I like a dense angled blush brush. If you use your fingers, they’ll either blend away or pick up the makeup underneath. But a brush gives a gorgeous even layer of color and they have great staying power! I think that brush is the way to go with any liquid blush, really, to keep it from being patchy or hard to control, since it spreads out the product more easily than I can with my fingers.

Good morning! Love you and your videos! Question - how do you reapply sunscreen during the day over your beautiful makeup?

Stephanie Marie loves that Cover Girl BB cream. She talks about it all the time. I've never used it because I'm more dry skin

I am one of those people who make Great Lash work lol. It is definitely not going to give the volume or a lot of length but when all you do is tinted sunscreen, brows, and mascara then it is great. It gives me a lot of definition, it never clumps on me and no smudging. I always repurchase it.

I think I'm liking that Flower dupe for Charlotte Tilbury! It's a beautiful shade. I'd really enjoy seeing a video on your current AM/PM facial care routine.

As far as stick bronzers that I own. I will reach for the Wet N Wild one over my Milk Makeup or my Nude Stix stick bronzers. So pigmented, blendable, and easy to use. I really need to check out those blushes/highlights from Wet n Wild. I hear the peach blush is a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury pinkgasm

In my experience, I feel like Fit Me is a little bit more fussy than Age Rewind. I find that it's easier for it to cake, cling to dry patches, and settle into fine lines under the eyes. Maybe Fit Me is just more prone to over-applying since Age Rewind has that sponge tip and a slightly thinner consistency? It's always tempting to just slather Fit-Me on with the applicator 😂 either way, I find Age Rewind to be more forgiving!
