I’m 1 wk postpartum after baby no.3, and i just love your candor Emily. I’ve been watching you for years, Charlie horses I do not miss! I’m hoping you are able to take time to recover after your son is born, this third baby has been harder I guess bc of my two toddlers (4 1/2 and 2 1/2). Having dad and family is a huge help but I’m seeing how active our family is and slowing down for a newborn has me thrown a bit! Hello nursing and no sleep! Ooh ooh ooh! I bought one of the holiday editions from Too Faced today! Ulta has them out. I got the one that has 3 circle shaped palettes that is supposed to be a snowman. The biggest circle is an eyeshadow palette - they felt & swatched nicely. The middle circle is a pretty blush palette & the head of the snowman is the chocolate soleil bronzer and a highlight. There’s a deluxe size better than sex mascara too.

Nice look. I just used the sunkissed palette today. I went with the dark green and gold shimmer. I haven't used the mirage yet. I use the pro pigment one a lot. One of the best inexpensive drugstore eyeshadows out there.

Use a golf ball or some kind of hard small ball for your calf. Roll it around and push it against where it's sore and it'll help get out the tension!

My daughter bought me a Profusion face palette a couple of years ago. Thanks for reminding me how much I like it. It has blushes, lipsticks, eyebrow powder and eyeshadows. Not as many as in your palette but they are very nice., I'm going to pull it out again and give it some use.

I am obsessed with Profusion palettes! My Walmart just started stocking them about a month ago & every time I run in there, I wind up leaving with new eyeshadows. I just got the Sunkissed one yesterday. My favorite so far is the Mirage palette, which is one of their newer ones I think? Also love the Siennas. I'm all about those warm tones! They really make my green eyes pop.

There is something you already had in your house to grab stuff too high or too low...long kitchen tongs. I have chronic back pain and bending is usually asking far too much. I grab the long kitchen tongs and presto...no bending required.

Hi Emily , if you are having leg cramps it is usually a magnesium or potassium deficiency. You might want your ob to check your chem panel, common to have low levels during pregnancy.

The elixir foundation shockingly works well on me. I bought it, realized it had oil in it and thought it would be disastrous on my oily skin. I was wrong. It actually wore well and didn't turn my pores into moon craters.

IDK about ANY of y'all, BUT I only got those leg cramps AFTER my deliveries. Nurse said it was because I was either dehydrated or needed some magnesium. AND to stick your heel OUT as soon as you feel them starting. I had great nurses after my C-sections!

There's actually a PF organic wear mineral primer. It's not bad. And I got a bunch of their new stuff a few weeks ago. The foundation is pretty good.. sorta velvety looking, however the one con I noticed is, if I try to blend cream stuff on too even before powder it sorts runs the foundation away a little. I got 2 of the liquid blushes, and I adore them. And I got 1 of the lip treatments in tawny nude I believe, and those are great. You'd like them. I got the bronzer stick which is amazing. Prob. The best at the drugstore. Next I wanna get the highlight stick, the new setting spray, and one their powder highlights. I also got a few other things from other brands.

I always put highlight (if I use highlight) on my cheeks, forehead nose, upper lip and chin. I go all the way when I do go. Thank you so much for the video! I feel like that pallet could go fall or spring. That green looks just like new leaves. That looks like a great pallette. And yes earthy.

I had THE WORST leg cramps when I was pregnant and I still get them randomly to this day! They will wake you from a dead sleep man. I drink those body armor drinks when I get them. They help so much!

I call those leg cramps Charlie horse too. For gas and cramps I like flat ginger ale, or charcoal tablets. The Physicians Formula tinted lip treatment has become my obsession I have Love Bite and Tawny Nude, and love both I also use the regular treatment as an overnight lip balm.

I’m so sorry you had a charley horse. They are the worst. Mine were awful during my pregnancies. Drinking Pickle juice helps and so does a teaspoon of mustard. 🤷🏼‍♀️ who knows why though!

Taking a few tums helps with those charlie horses! I got them badly. My OB reminded me that the reason we often get them worse when pregnant is decreased blood flow, but also electrolyte imbalance. So additional calcium can help. Tums REALLY decreased how many amd how bad mine were! I took 2 before I went to sleep. Good luck girl!

The claw grabber was the best purchase I bought while pregnant with my second. Made life so much easier picking up tiny toys the 4 year old dropped lol. I now add a grabber in baby shower gifts for friends and they have all have said it was the best part of the gift lol.
