Im the only one who prefers Sam Fisher CQC than MGS CQC?
@Ender-bg2hx9 ай бұрын
While MGS made cqc cool with how its a combination of judo and also disarming (especially MGS3 and Peace walker and the V) i like Sam’s way which seems more smooth and lethal and always making an emphasis on trying to remain quiet especially with the non lethal ones, it shows that its become almost second nature for Sam to be able to quickly and quietly take down enemies with his hand while remaining “off the radar” so to speak.

From the numerous confrontations between Sam and Snake, I can say that they are in no way inferior to each other in hand-to-hand combat.I love both of these series of games, but I categorically dislike the fact that Sam is being belittled in comparison with Snake.

It would be very interesting to look at Splinter cell if Kojima made it, but at the same time left the same characters and the same gameplay mechanics, but with the filing of a great genius. I feel that Sam, under Kojima's wing, would become the most imbecile operative among all those represented in video games.
@QuantumProtocol6 ай бұрын
@@vanilax3269 I think that would be a bad idea. Kojima's going to give us boss fights with superhuman characters and/or unrealistic gadgets with super-long cutscenes. We'd certainly gain in terms of cinematography, but one of Splinter Cell's strengths is that it's straight to the point and grounded in reality. At least it's coherent with the real world. And I don't think Kojima will be good at that. For example, the gadgets/possibilities in MGS like wormhole extraction, fighting giant robots, using a poster of a woman on a cardboard box to distract the Spetznas... it's science fiction that borders on the absurd. But Sam's gadgets make you think that they already exist or are possible in the near future. It's this realistic aspect that sets Splinter Cell apart from MGS, and that's fine. Instead of Kojima, I'd rather see Naughty Dog behind a Splinter Cell. They've proved themselves when it comes to realistic stealth gameplay with The Last of Us 2.

Love the cqc of splinter cell blacklist I wish they would make another game like this
@QuantumProtocol Жыл бұрын
Yes the CQC is awesome. They're working on a Remake of the 1st game, but I'd have preferred a sequel to Blacklist while improving its gameplay, this time with the possibility of crawling for example.

Sam is a former navy seal who is also trained in seal cqb
@Blitz-un8rk Жыл бұрын
it's like saying cqc and cqb arent the same thing . Seals cqb use practically the same combat methods as other american special forces units martial arts program . Military mma , only difference between them is endurance training and military operations the combat techniques of a seal are no different from those of a marsoc or delta

You are right I was just mentioning the fact that sam was a former tier one operator and some of his training and your right all those spec ops are trained well
