1:48 I'm afraid that if the other gym guests see me do this from outside the court, they will go get a straitjacket.

Well, in that case, you need to try to do it when nobody can see you!

subscribed! kiss the wall and hit crosscourt drills convinced me😀 I have been searching for a drill to do alone for the "hit crosscourt" so i understand the challenge .

Awesome! Thank you!

Really helpful, especially the explanation for the topspin shot! I tried to incorporate it to my game but didn't know how you do it properly, so I was trying to instinctively learn it (unsuccesfully). This will surely help!

That's great to hear. It doesn't happen often enough in real matches to be able to practice it, so it really needs to be practiced in a purposeful drill.

Super interesting. With the first one, you mentioned trying to make the racket head move along parallel to the wall for as long as possible. How is this done? With a change in the wrist/elbow so you sort of push it through in more of a straight line?
@BetterSquashАй бұрын
Yes, with a push in a straight line. It only needs to be for a very short distance, to ensure that if you are early, on time or a little late in making contact, you have a better chance of the ball going back where you want it.
