Used to watching you eating sour candies, now Malaysian Food pops up in my feed. Glad to see you enjoyed it. Fyi, a half overcooked boiled egg is the norm, it is usually served like that unless of course you have a different preference- you can ask for fried, half boiled, quarter boiled, runny yolks, etc. Since nasi lemak is our national dish, you can try 10 nasi lemak at 10 different places, they all taste about the same yet different in their own ways, and you'll perhaps find a favourite. Thanks for bringing us along your Malaysian Food adventure in London.

Teh tarik /milk tea should have a bit of sweet bitter taste. Fyi malaysian food mostly halal because majority here are muslims

East Asian countries tend to use short grain rice (sometimes referred to as "sticky rice") that is easier to manage with chopsticks because the clumps don't fall apart easily. Also rice is often served in a bowl can be easily held closer to your mouth, whereas in the west we generally eat from a plate on a table.
