My speaking skills're not very bad...I also understand listening native english speakers (I mean UK speakers) when they try to be understood....but following real fast-pace conversation in movies/series is still so challenging for me (for ex. Peaky blinders, Crown)

Yes, it can be challenging to follow the dialogue in movies and series. I’d say watch things in English as often as you can (every day if possible) and you’ll eventually see an improvement!
