@ 4:30, The one ply blade shows it has been cracked and repaired. I used to be a one ply Hinoke player, and a few of them got crack at the grain while accidently hitting the table. One of the biggest disadvantage by choosing One-Ply. The blade would not play the same (more vibration) even putting it back together.
@Unstapables Жыл бұрын
This is very informative but like you mentioned it is based on the fact that you start off with a good blade (1 that is recommended for you ) , i play 3-4 times /month so once a week (self thought), about a year ago i bought a new paddle for attack since i like that play style. While the paddle was an improvement to the blade i was using till then , i got no way of knowing if my new paddle (5 layer wood) is good attack blade or bad compared to whats on the market. Every person i played against and they tried my blade, was shocked to learn that im playing with a 210Gram forward heavy paddle.I am thinking of switching the paddle to something lighter in hope of getting more power , but if i switch to something at 180 gram i fear my control will be terrible.

Hello. Could you advise the Allround blade rubbers ? For example, I consider: Donic Appelgren Allplay, Yasaka Sweden Classic, Stiga Allround Classic etc. I am a self-taught amateur and have made a lot of progress as a recreational player. I had three rackets folded by myself. 1. Donic Waldner Exclusive AR +, Donnic Akkadi Taichi fh and bh 2. Donic Persson Seven, Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft bh, Rakza 7 fh 3. Donic Waldner Exclusive AR +, Donic Bluefire JP 03 bh, Bluestorm Z3 fh Something must have been wrong because the balls were flying behind the table or stopped on the net. Of course, I am aware of technical shortcomings. Overall, I would describe myself as an Allround with an ambition to play offensive. I am looking for a suitable board and cladding for the first years of basic training. I heard that the best allround blades are 100% wood and soft rubber to start with. I am asking for help and Best Regards.

Lihao Yeong 7 is faster and 5 is weaker but you have more control. Most champion still using 5. 7 easier to play. Technic is more important. And then blade then rubber.

Hi Coach, Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, you are making a big difference for players like me who do not have a coach to guide us. I am an intermediate/progressing player who is still learning the correct techniques and I would like your suggestion on a good racket set-up. please suggest me good blade and rubbers for forehand and backhand... I am a backhand dominant player who plays close to table and mid-distance. I have a attacking game. After watching your videos I went back to a very old Stiga pre-made 20 dollar bat and found that it gave me great control and feeling. It was very light and had a small dimensions(small i size) so I was able to switch between FH and BH easily which made me feel that the bat was an extension of my arm. Your advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am an intermediate player. And I have the Timo Boll ALC blade. I like it very much, it is very fast, powerful and mostly, it doesn't vibrate too much. I hate blades that vibrate, i.e. the ZLC. But sometimes I feel like it is too "dead", since the ALC system basically removes almost any vibration. And I feel like it lacks a bit in control. I would probably play better with a blade that has slightly more vibration, and a bit less faster. Maybe an all wood blade. Do you have something to suggest?

Before I watched your videos, i have purchase several blades; a mazunov, primorac carbon, clipper wood, xiom vega pro, stiga intensity nct. I can play ok with all of those, but I am wondering if I should get an all around (maybe stiga all around classic) to improve my strokes. What do you think? Also, I have been using Hurricane 3 on my forehand, which I like a lot, but I do not have a go to backhand rubber yet. I am looking at Stiga Mantra S, or Rakza 7 soft, or donic acuda s2 / baracuda. What do you think? I mainly push and receive short serve with backhand while loop with forehand. Thank you.
