I do most of the mechanical work for my YBR125Z DX at home. Never attempt to do anything with carburetor. Now I will try to clean and adjust it.

Very detailed vide bro loved it. I have a problem in my carburetor the bike is missing around 4k to 5k and then continuing. The acceleration is not very good. Both Diaphragm and the slide pin set are OK. All the jets and their passages are open. What might be the possible problem? I think the slide pin guide be the problem because I got to know about it now after watching your video that this thing also exist. The problem is with my carburetor because I installed another carburetor in my bike which was same of ybr from my friend and the bike was running very good without any missing. Can you please help I'm feeling kinda hopeful now.

Asalam O Alaikum.... I have a question that after how much time or running of motorcycle in KMs, cleaning and maintenance of CV carburator is recommended? And which type of cleaner would you recommend?

@@mohsinrazaengr W. Salam. In urban areas using good fuel, it can easily run for 20k kms without service. In rural / offroad use cleaning should be done after every 10k kms.

Yes Bro, sirf clean kerwa laina Chahiye, koi setting change kernay key zararurat Nahi. Open Kerain , saaf kerain or wapis fit kr dain. Air k rastay may dust jama Hoti hay Jo saaf kerna zaroori hay

Mera butterfly needle set replace karwaya tha but pir wo missing krraha tha or avg khrb ho gye, kaafi arsa mechanics ko dikata raha, ab ja kr missing to tek hui, aik mech me carburator do teen dfa khol kr setting ki, ye ni pta kis cheez ki. Lkn avg ab mushkil se 42 karrahi. Pehle jab tek tha to 50-55 avg thi. Lkn khrb hone k bad 25 pr aa gye thi. Any idea kese tek hogi ye avg pirse ?

Float level ya emulsion tube ka issue ho sekta hay jahan air fuel may mix hoti. Agar air sahi say na millay to fuel zayada jata hay Air filter bhi saaf hona chahiye

Aap nay needle guide ulta to nahi laga diya. Its a small steel ring type piece above the main jet tube

W Salaam bhai, koi baat nahi agar forun masla nahi aya to bawd may bhi nahi aye ga. Agar needle valve bend ya deep scratch ho jae to bike race sahi nahi pakrti or race chornay pr bhi issue kerti hay.
