Here in 2024 looking at this! OMG!!! Learned soooooo much! My only regret is not seeing this video years ago! I could’ve saved so much money just by simply filing the darn appeal itself. Who knew!!! I was vetting companies to hire to do this until i started to read their bad reviews and it pushed me to the point where i just knew I’d at least entertain the thought of doing it myself. Well this video has given me the confidence i needed to understand exactly what and how to do it. Thank you good folks for this awesome educational money saving video!!!!

I don't suppose highway robbery can be used as grounds for appeal? Every option listed (31:30) would be a big stretch.

Thank you for this information that you have put out, as an international home owner at the age of 63, is there any way that I can get exemption from some of these taxes? I am at lost here.
