Also consider that the ultrasounds might be generally a week off. If ur “7 weeks” with a sac, you may only be “6 weeks”- meaning you can develop the rest of the sac. I’m experiencing this now. Plus other children I’ve had. Measurements/gestation is off very commonly.

At 6 and a half weeks no fetal pole just gestational sac and yolk sac. I have lost hope right now after reading about anembryonic pregnancy. Sad how my happiness just ended all of a sudden. First time falling pregnant and this. It's so saddening.

I may be having one. Second pregnancy . Six and a half weeks they saw nothing bht sac but confirming in two weeks . I honestly did feel different than my first pregnancy. Much less symptoms and something felt off in my gut. The pregnancy was still so wanted even tho I honestly wondered if something was not quite right .

Believe both no yolk or yolk I read. Just no fetal pole

Is this kind of like a chemical pregnancy? Or would this fall under chemical pregnancy?

A chemical pregnancy is a bit different- a chemical pregnancy is an early loss (usually around 5 weeks) even before a first ultrasound. Chemical pregnancies occur before you can see anything on ultrasound, when the person has a positive pregnancy test and then day/s later the rest is negative. With blighted ovum, an ultrasound can visualize the empty sac.

Definitely not in my experience. Too early of a loss for that.
