Thank you Dr Osborne for helping all of us. Also, thank you for spreading the word about mold toxins, histamine and the DAO enzyme in other videos.

Creatine may not cause muscle cramping but as a Parkinson's sufferer I can confirm that after growing my muscles through resistance training and creatine supplementation, my dystonia is a hell of a lot worse! However, I'm not complaining because I use creatine as a regular part of the management of my Parkinson's treatment -- there is only one study supporting this but it works for me!

@@darkfieldcarnivore3928 I spent six months on a ketogenic diet and noticed benefits. I have since returned to a very low-carb diet and noticed no adverse effects from being "metabilically agile".

I've been taking Creatine Hydrochloride (I don't know why I can't shake off the water retention with Monohydrate form) since a year ago. It helps with stamina and recovery from muscle soreness, and I can actually see improvements in my body composition. I'm a woman age 55. My gym friends can't believe my age as I look younger. I'll never stop taking it.

I have RA. When I take it, it actually cause me to flair really bad. After some research I found that it might not be wise for people with this (and related) conditions to add creatine.
