@@americanfootballacademy1741are these the things that are taught in your course? I want to understand “why” the defense is doing what it’s doing, and the proven ways to counter it.

There's a ton of topics in the course but yes, that specific one is the first section (of 4 total). We work through every concept in detail (run, RPO, quick game, drop back, screen, shot, moving pocket...30+) as well as defensive coverages and how to attack them. All blocking schemes are worked through and the different ways you can do it. There's also lessons on game planning and play calling. I also teach concepts over plays, so I don't include random fancy variations but rather the proven base concept and then show you how you can add tweaks to make the play work vs different fronts or personnel packages. Power can be run on the goal line out of 22 personnel but spread teams run it well from 10 personnel. I definitely recommend the course but there's a strong possibility that I'm biased 😅😂

Depends on which one you sign up for...2 options. The base course or the premium version which comes with individual coaching sessions and lifetime membership (which is good because I regularly add/update the course). Both options are listed here... www.american-football-academy.com/90-day-oc The coaches who have already gone through the course get a ton out of the individual implementation sessions 🤓

Can you do another video with more SS in the box?
@americanfootballacademy17414 ай бұрын
I'll add that to the list but it will be a while before I'm able to get around to it! If you're looking for immediate answers on this, I'd consider checking out my 21 Day OC course. There's 20x more information on defensive structure / fronts / coverages & the blocking schemes that should be used against them.

I would start running I-Formation plays to piss-off the opposing DC.

lol just had a game the other day where we went goal line in the open field because they couldn't handle the numbers in the box. For all its complexities, Football can be pretty simple at times.

@@americanfootballacademy1741 over or under is a front when there is a TE. A four men front without a TE is referred to as boundary or wide/field, depending on where you place the 3Tech. But again I guess everyone was taught differently or uses different terminology but the over and under requiring a TE is pretty standard, I would say. The rest is very solid / good football Xs and Os.
