Understanding Square Waves in Electronic Circuits

Square waves are found in many electronic circuits, and it is important to understand them so that any issues arising from the circuits using them can be resolved quickly and effectively.
Square waves are seen in very many electronic circuits. Although the term square wave describes a very specific waveform, they can be considered as part of a more generic waveform called a rectangular waveform or even a digital waveform.

rise and fall times give an implication of curvature.

Certainly you won’t get such a fast rise time if the bandwidth is limited and you don’t get the higher frequency components.
