I haven't had the time to thoroughly validate the video of RFK claiming same. NAL, but I believe this could be used to push the laws concerning squatters and how the government often leaves owners stranded up through SCOTUS, among other happenings.

It's the absolute worst amendment, Plus in the words of Congress in 1968, the 14th amendment was never actually ratified it was two states short.
