I filed an extension for current year, and I am presently uncertain whether I am required to report any information for the most recent tax year (2023) and the total income under line 24.a. I have provided information for the tax year 2022 and 2021 but I am hesitant regarding the details for 2023. What should I do? Leave it blank?

What’s the difference between I-134 and I-864? I just filled out the I-134 for my fiancée because she has an interview in couple of weeks. She was told that she needs I-134 for an interview

An i-134 form is a promise to support a travel or a k-1 visa applicant during their time in the U.S. in other words to support them while they are in country temporary

On the other hand i-864 is not for temporary support it's more like permanent thing until that beneficiary becomes a citizen. I-134 temporary I-864 permanent

@@Unsupervised777 Ok your welcome. However whenever you get married and and file a i-130 for your spouse you then would have to fill a i-864. You and/or a joint sponsor are obligated to that i-864 until the person become citizen.
