Omg! This is such a big help and so complete! I had to ask for my mom who is retired and lives with me as my household sponsor. I didnt know we can combine income and of course add her as a household and I DID NOT know that its only x3 for spouse for the asset. I thought it was x5 for everything. Form I-134 is only for non-immigrant visas. I-864 is for Green Card petitions.

If the USCIS Center is processing the paperwork in 10.5 Months (Vermont) You have submitted the 130 Form On June 8, 2022, and you have a case number when will they ask to submit the Affidavit of Support? I got a message from USCIS on July 25, 2022, that they are now processing my paperwork and said they have not asked for any other paperwork so far. Will they ask in 4, 5, or 6 months? Or more? So back in 2016 I filled out I 864 for my ex spouse and he got permanent resident card and still resides in the US. And now I am filling out I 864 once again but for my current spouse. So do I have to include my ex to the household as well even though he is doing very good for himself financially and we don’t have any communication ?

Yes, you do in this situation. Unfortunately , divorce does not cancel out the I-864 so you would still need to add him into the household size. The only exception is if is now a USC or has had 40 working quarters in the US.

Hi, I had completed the entire form I 864 and submitted it. The response I received yesterday was that there were pages missing and that even if it is blank it should still be submitted which I did.
