There are loads of mountain flying videos out there but I haven't found any as detailed as the series you've put together. Thanks and congratulations. I fly a flexwing trike and am still getting to grips with mountain flying. This was a superb learning opportunity.

depends on the meteo and the strength, NE will increase the valley flow. West winds mean east faces in lee, North wind will create lee on south faces etc, all depends on strength...

how about meteo wind?how does that affect the day,in this case?

If NE the that will bolster the Valley wind, if SW (foehn) that will kill it.

Wind is more important that sunny slopes.
