And why was she posting stories if she ended things with me, and recently she posted about how the right person isn't left because of a few mistakes... I don't understand.

I am the anxious partner with an avoidant in an on/off 8 year relationship. This anxious partner has finally been so disrespected that I broke up with him this time for the first time and for good. He showed so much disrespect that it was just not forgivable especially considering all of the years of ghosting etc over the years. I will not put up with bad behavior any longer from him or anyone new. It is true what the coaches say... you will get to the point where you just cannot put up with the disrespect. Life is too short to waste on someone that will not try to be a better partner.

I'm in the thick of it right now too. Don't ever let him make you forget how beautiful you are.

I was dealing with behavior I wasn't familiar with. Down the road I saw that I was acting in ways I normally wouldn't have like not keeping firm boundaries. It was all about him and what he wanted and my needs didn't seem to matter to him - almost like he didn't see I had any and I would put up with what he was doing which WAS NOT NORMAL. One day I hit the wall and told him his not-showing-up behavior was not acceptable to me. He then told me he didn't love in his true extreme avoidant way. It ended that day and we have not spoken a word since, almost 2 months ago. I honestly believed then and now it was a respect issue for which walking away was the best thing I could do for both of us. Side note: my childhood was 2 or 3 times worse than his so I have little tolerance for avoidant behavior when help is to be had.

Very important issue. She might have lost respect or attraction for me, for whatever reason (apart from her issues, traumas and DA style). After have been studying attachment styles, behaviors, communication, relationships, I must say that now I have reviewed my respect for her. So, now, after I have analyzed what was done to me, my respect for my DA ex crumbled to a minimum...down to the point that I have been sticking to NC over a year... My behavior, when being together, did not mean any intended or unintended harm or disrespect, while hers. Well...

Well done... a woman cannot love a man more than she respects him. So if she's being disrespectful, it means she doesn't love you enough to be worthy of your time, so you lose nothing being away from her and making yourself available to potential women who CAN respect and love you

That is so true our fights were always way more hurtful from her side like literally breaking down my character meanwhile I would never even come close to it. Until the end she said she doesn't want to change I said no problem and that was it. Some people need to understand in life you always need to work on yourself no matter what. She'll have the same outcome with the next guy reguardless of who is his becuz she still the same person.

I’d love to see more videos from the dumper’s perspective, and how to approach the dumpee in a respectful way to repair things. I’m the dumper (female) and regret my decision. Dumpee is male. Not to say sex should be generalized, just starting in case it matters. ❤ Love your videos. So many gimmicks out there just praying on the heartbroken.

A woman cannot love you more than she respects you. So the level of respect she has for is the cap on the level of love she has for you. The less she respects you, the less she can love you. If she's openly disrespectful, it's a clear sign that she does not love you, and she is not worth being in your presence. You lose nothing if she's gone, no matter who ended it.

Do a video on the following please. How to navigate a break up when both people think the other person did the breakng up. And how does the ex/friends spying on your social media work when you aren’t friends with them anymore and your accounts are private.

An avoidant partner likes to maintain the fiction that they're the one who caused the break up if you break up with them cuz they cannot face that they did something wrong.

Also this person is probably spying on you cuz you're the phantom ex. I have to ask tho. If your accounts are private, I don't see how they can do that. And secondly I don't see how you would know.

I dont talk to my parents because of this. They just dont seem to change. Im attracted to relationships that have a high degree of respect. Which is weird when you say youre attracted to the familiar. Im attracted to the opposite. But ya which is why i say that exes dont come back. Because if my own parents and family dont change. How can i expect strangers to do that?

Hey, great video. But I thought you said don’t accept friendship, or is that only in a break up situation?
@Zemohc

Sounds to me that the two people have to establish a good friendship energy. IE you wouldn't be pushy or manipulative or controlling with a friend. Would you?

@@Zemohcexactly. The same reasons I reject my ex as a boyfriend are why I won't be friends with him either
