Cradle Catholic here and I am learning loads from your channel about this beautiful faith of ours. And as I learn I come closer to Our Lord. Q: would you categorise receiving the Eucharist on your tongue and knees as “cultural”? I think there is enough data our there to tie a decline in belief in the Real Presence to a natural decline in reverence and AWE of Our Lord, directly related to the casual standing (perhaps disrespectful) & reception of the Host on our hands.

Interesting you discern colors for the funeral mass. Is that strictly up to the priest or could that be requested. My favorite time/color is ordinary and I find it very comforting when we are in ordinary time. Do you know that the pope believes in evolution? Saying he doesnt believe God is a magician with a magic wand and he can't do everything. The Bible is full of miracles over and over again, but science is above the Bible?! The pope also said that a personal relationship with Jesus is dangerous you must follow the church. Spoken from a true cult leader. This guy is supposed to be the representative of Christ on earth?! Listen, Mary sinned and needed a Saviour, she also consumated her marraige. She died and was buried and is now worshipping around the throne of God. Remember all have fallen short of the glory of God and we all need forgiveness except for Christ himself. Mary worships the King of Kings and praises and thanks Him for the cross and for giving her eternal life. God is eternal, Mary is a created being, flesh and blood, who worked out her salvation with fear and trembling. She is blessed happy and will live forever in a beautiful kingdom like all of the saints before and after her. Not to be worshipped. Remember Jesus created Mary, for He created all things John 1...Also do you remember the second comnandment, though shall not make a graven image? Every catholic church is littered with them. Another false teaching is purgatory. Christ suffered beyond to save us from Hell, but not enough to keep us from suffering more after this life in limbo, or purgatory? Where do they come up with this stuff?! Jesus is the only answer. He is the way, the truth, and the life. Give Him everything and live.

Mary was virgin from birth till her death. She rose up to heaven . We don't have graven images. We have pictures and statues to remind us of God. We don't worship MARY ,we honor her.The 4th commandment says Honor your father and mother. The old testament would have you give animal sacrifice to God. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. The Mass is a memorial of His death, and celebration of His Resurrection. The sacrifice of the Mass is to God.

Im not saying everything is wrong but many doctrines are twisted and others are traditions and work against or nullify God's word.
