Thanks for watching! What do you find useful about the idea of "triggers", or what are other ways that you make sense of what other people refer to as "triggers"?

I was always aware of how the world was and made to believe that in order for us to survive you have to allow certain thing to happen so certain people or my self can go forward like allow someone to steal and lie to you because with out them you wouldn't have a home and you would be out in the street plus there family so you can't go against family so nothing get resolved, imagine never ending trauma that goes on and on people outside that circle do something that remind you of that trauma it feels like a prison, I always wanted to do something about it but I was told fighting back is point less even in my wife's family did similar things that put me in a place of trauma over and over again now my wife might divorce me but I didn't do anything wrong

Neutrality as you discussed is, in our experience, a natural by product of releasing and processing through the unresolved emotions or discharging electrical impulses from traumas in the mind. Awesome video!

Thank you so much for this video. I just had a "flight" response and was overwhelmed for responding in that way. Listening to your video brought relief so quickly. I highly recommend anyone experiencing a fight-flight "episode" listen to this video. Subscribed!
