The NYDA @National Youth Development Agency should actually partner with TVET colleges in order to further encourage entrepreneurship. Places are not hiring nowadays and it is unfair on the youth of our country. Great message.

So true, most of our business studies courses have entrepreneurship business management as a module and it is preparing the students into entrepreneurship. I also believe that artisans such as plumbers, bricklayers etc would really do well in entrepreneurship.

Well, I'm at TUT and like all other UOT's it also has a stigma of being a University Of Last Take (UOT). Also, UOT students tend to look down at TVET students as inferior. In my view, which concurs with yours that TVET colleges are for the talented - they are schools for the gifted.

Good day, if I may ask...are TVET colleges fully funded by NSFAS? Reason being I haven't been able to find the right information concerning this matter even on google, please help thank you

Hi, ministerial programmes such as Nated N1-N6 and NCV level 2-4 are fully funded by NSFAS

Can you apply at the University with NCV L3 whilst you still doing Level 4?

Yes I believe so, high school learners can apply with their grade 11 while finishing off matric

Yes depending if you meet the requirements for admission at a university. Research at different unis the requirements of the qualification you are interested in.
