In this episode, let’s look at your four forms of energy. If you’re feeling drained, tired, or burned out, but you’ve already tried managing your energy well, you might find that you’re expending the wrong type of energy. Let’s join Craig Groeschel to expand on what we learned in last month’s episode and take a close look at the four forms of energy-and why they can make a huge difference in how you lead day in and day out.

This was fantastic. I made notes and pray I may begin to study myself (my energy tanks) and begin work on one of them. I love the statement, "The first person I lead is me". Thank you Craig, I appreciate your practical leadership and heartfelt open sharing.

I've just discovered your podcasts and I am enjoying them tremendously. To have a Christian leadership coach so readily available is a God send. This is my first (and not the last) comment o your podcasts. This particular episode was a little heavy for me. I will need to listen to it a few more times before it sinks in. For me, I feel that almost all 4 tanks are empty and in need of replenishment, however, I can only work on one. Choosing which one is the challenge before me!

Craig, thank you for all of your amazing content and the calling God is put on your life. When it comes to the cortisol management what specific ingredients have you grown accustomed to using? Ashwagandha, rhodiola, altheanine... Is your goal primarily stress management or energy promotion?

Jesus didn’t always heal the sick by focusing on the physical problem. Many times he fixed their spirit. Sometimes It was the cause. Unforgiveness scientifically has caused many physical ailments not to mention mental. I agree we should not discount taking care of the spiritual aspects of things.
