this .guy is not telling the truth exactly, yes the melamine will stain and scratch, but you notice he didnt stab the porcelain board or the painted steel with such vigor, if he had, theres a good chance he would scratch, dent, and chip the porcelain. Polyvision commonly charges double or even triple their competitors prices for the same product, Polyvision is the only seller of white porcelain in the USA. Polyvision sells the surface to all board companies in the US
