So the fact that Monsters can't bleed because they're made of Magic. Makes sense that no one Even Notes that Frisk it's frickin bleeding to death as due that they don't bleed they basically don't know how Dangerous it's for a Human (or any living being that Bleeds) they would just think this Red Thing coming out of Frisk it's Normal as They do Through the whole run and They Just assume it's a Different breed of Human that just emits a Dark Red Liquid constantly (Like a Snail)
