@@Genjoooo Undertale was first released in 2015 using the GameMaker Studio engine. It does have mostly 16-bit graphics, but it does some things that would be impossible in a normal 16-bit system, such as the SNES. If you want to be extremely technical, Undertale was compiled to work on x86 systems, meaning it was compiled as a 32-bit exe, but when you're talking 32-bit like that in a computer, you're not exactly talking about the same thing as when you say it for a gaming system.
