You can also find flowey in the room where all the echo flowers are. If you listen to the echo flower he is next to, you can hear that he pretends to be toriel, and taunts you. This changes, depending on if you killed Toriel or not.

you might be in the wrong room. its the room where one guys says they want to climb the mountain they are buried under and the other guy laughs. you need to get to the very end of the room then go back. It's not transgender, that means a person switching to a different gender. You probably mean GENDER FLUID. Depending on how the person feels, they will change their gender from time to time.
