Alright, I'm not really good with undertale reacting, I've been having my AU react to things mostly cause I have a little more control over the characters... Also, if it's a video they're reacting to, then I'd prefer that it isn't any longer than 5 minutes. (Kinemaster's lag gets unbelievable if the video is any longer than 7 minutes, and i usually have a minute long intro.)

Well the idea was if papyrus was ghost Rider Basically papyrus was told he couldn't become a Royal gaurd and because of this he becomes heartbroken and goes to San's to see if he can help but when sans can't papyrus runs away and basically Mephisto finds him and makes a deal with papyrus gives him his soul but the shell of the soul stays but is instead filled with hellfire giving papyrus the ability to turn into ghost Rider with an extra benefit of letting him look human think you can do anything with that
