I have an idea for an AU where if you didn't spare or kill Ceroba but instead can flee from her and kill Asgore out of revenge for wanting to live like what happened in geno and then go to the true lab to free the amalgamates and they try to get fixed and have surgery with Kanoko reuniting with Ceroba though with some issues with Ceroba becoming the queen of the underground to fill Asgore's shoes and Starlo becoming the leader of the royal guard.

And yet, after Asriel released them, they have their bodies back. I think this is because the power equivalent to seven human souls really does make you a god. The power to control time, matter, even life. Heck, Asriel could’ve just made them new bodies using the determination he gained. Also, I’m pretty sure the amalgamated weren’t absorbed, like Napstablook.

@0:50 you made your choices, live with them. your actions have consequences. for good or evil. if you had stopped your insane king and just talked to the humans nobody would have had to die, or be murdered. and yes asgore was insane especially since he thought a couple hundred monsters and a pseudo god monster could win against 7 billion human. i get his anger but 2 deaths, a war from a few hundred years ago and a sealed society, are not worth billions of lives, and 7 children's deaths. and what's worse is if my theory is right, asriels death might have been an accident out of fear. rather then any sort of malicious intent, as every time humans struck monsters it was always out of fear for themselves. and asriel was in the center of a city/settlement with a dead child in his claws/paws. that would freak any human out.

Yeah, that's the thing. Everyone is talking about Hopes and Dreams, but they don't realize that the war they'd incite would be a bloodbath. This time, monsterkind would not hold back. Soul absorption would be on the table. After around 700 dead, monsterkind would be a legion of demigods and humanity's extinction. Let that sink in. A small town annihilated could mean the setting sun on humanity. The only reason that monsterkind didn't win the first war is because they held back because humanity feared that power. What would happen with someone with nothing to lose would lead the charge? Maybe ancient humanity was right to fear monsters. It was by virtue of sheer luck that the events of OG Undertale played out the way they did, because the war that could have followed would be nothing short of a true Genocide. And if I learned anything from DC's Injustice, it's that while retribution is sometimes necessary, if gone too far, you become the very person who made you the victim in the first place. It took Asgore to be on death's door to snap out of this insane plan, so nothing short of that would have stopped him. Losing your children is tragic, and if you went Punisher on the person who did, maybe that's acceptable. But you're completely right: a 7 foot goat monster that came from the depths of hell, carrying the limp body of a child would be a TERRIBLE look. We shot a gorilla in a zoo because a child was involved in the situation, you're telling me that something with horns, the face of a goat, walking upright holding the body of a child wouldn't get Harambed? It's funny how bs monsterkind's logic can seem if you sit down and think about it.

It's also why he was shocked to see Frisk, he knows it's the last human soul needed, and the final soul to finally wage a war that his heart has grown guilty of doing after killing the first few children. This is just my interpretation though.

The timeline would be: Frisk misses the bonus Ruins monsters, since they lived in a part of RUINS that Chara wouldn't have seen (Assuming Chara is the narrator). Martlet evacuates most of Snowdin Town in time, while Starlo mobilizes the whole of Wild East to escape through Hotlands. Of course, AXIS:014 has no way to know there's any danger.

Why would they get killed by flowey in genocide? Flowey doesnt kill anybody in undertale while frisk is down there (aside from asgore) Alphys herself says in hotland abourted genocide that everyone was safe, and given that the smallest window of time between abourting the route and flowey's speech changing to the normal one is like... 16 seconds, probably not the case

It says that in the True Timeline, Starlo would head to Clover's grave to celebrate their 18th "birthday." However, there are 3 issues with this. Firstly, Undertale Yellow only takes place 1 year before Undertale, so the monsters should already be on the surface. Secondly, even if they weren't on the surface, the location of Clover's grave is incorrect. It should be in Asgore's place because all of the human graves are there. Thirdly, there should be more than just Starlo's being at the grave. We can assume all the major characters of Undertale Yellow would be there. Plus, considering how Asgore regrets killing the children, he should be there too.
