I have visited child specialist to ayurvedic specialist no one diagnosed her because all other medical test that is CBC,Lft RFt was normal but she was feeling fatigued after eating then I have watched one of your video that was saying food is life it should give u energy then I Follow yourvideo sincerely first I balanced her vat and kapha with putting oil in mouth to oil massage to feeding her cow ghee to veg soups and bland protein diet to millet khichri.I am writing this in detail because so that somebody can also benefit.God bless u swamiji🙏🙏

🙏🙏Guruji Namastey, Your video is great but not for all looking for weight gain. Females ko toh uterus problems bhi ho jatati hai. thankyou for wonderful 👏 information. But jinka digestion hi kharab ho gaya, dairy or dairy products intolerance hai and gas banti hai, toh weight kaise increase karein. please keep in mind health issues and make new full detail video.

Swamiji, You are asking us to add Cow's ghee in every food, milk etc., in this video. But if the digestion is very strong, will the Cow's ghee not increase the digestive fire even more, thus aggravating the situation ? How many tsp of Cow's ghee one can take in a day? If it is more, what is the symptom to look for, so that we can reduce? Also I understand butter taken from Curd is 'hot' in veerya, but butter taken from milk is 'cold' in veerya. Your comment please?

Iski wjh se weight gain nhi horha h Dr ne light food pr shift kia tha Tb se light food hi kha rhi hu Pr mera wjn bilkul nhi bdhta salon se. Unhone kha ki wat se hi sukh rha shareer. Kheer (chawal aur dudh se bani) gay ke ghee dal ke . Pede (khoye ke) aur barfi (dudh ke) kabhi kabhi. Subah uthke aamla aur dudh le Pritvi mudra bhi laga sakte h. 10 min subah 10 min sham. Shardi me Ashvagandha tel se mallish.

Guru Ji, Thank you for sharing your abundance of knowledge. Can you please suggest things for Vegan and pre-diabetic? Milk used to be pure but these days milk is coming from the factories. It is highly processed. Even though I can buy organic, grass fed, free from Hormones but not easy for everyone. Please advice.

Use -10 almonds and 2 overnight soaked figs-- into a milkshake( no need to strain) Smear cold pressed sesame oil on your rotis instead of ghee. Add a spoon of sesame oil in your soups and khichri. Be vegan. Save cows from torture of dairies. Lord Krishna is the saviour of cows and not torturer.

स्वामी जी, ये मेरी समस्या है , कद 6 फुट और भार 50 किलो। मुझे बहुत बार पीलिया हुआ है। घी पच जाता है पर दूध से तुरंत गैस बनती है,फिर सिर दर्द। बार बार खाने को तो मन करता है पर पेट खराब। हा पर कोई भी फल और सलाद जल्दी पच जाता है। मुझे भी अपना भार बढ़ा कर आम लोगों की तरह दिखना है,मै बहुत पतला हूं, बहुत चिंतित भी रहता हूं।कृपया मारगदर्शन दे।

As health issues can't eat this diet. guidance for yog and pranayam too

🙏🙏Naman apko. kya kapalbhati half an hour or an hour bhi kar saktey hai for uterus fibroids like you said pet mein garmi hoti hai for underweight.Kapalbhati toh garmi or badati hain.Please make new video.

Bhasmak rog . Garmi jyad h sharir me jal jyada h khana. Pachta nhi h. Cough sukh gya h .hafto me result. Lubricantion yani cough badhaye. Sukhe chane ya ...churi khana 2-4-5 chammach gay ka ghi, aur shakkar gud ka roz. Gay ke dudh me gay a ghi aur mishri dal ke fet lo aur dheere dheere peeye. 3 - makhan khana ek time ( rat me na khaye, mota nhi hota) 4- gular ki chal ka ek chammach powder+ 1 cup pani me ubale aur aadha ho jane par pee le. 5- kela subah ya dopahar ke time makhan me mishri ya shakkar milake ...gola banake kha jao 6- aajvain ...rat ke samay ...garam pani ke sath...agar rat me lar tapakti h
