For me, as a swedish person with mostly swedish friends, going in a swedish school and living in my swedish family, i prodominantly think in english. I also speak it a lot in general with my friends. Somehow after i became fluent in english my mental language just turned into about 70% english 30% swedish. It's an interesting thing. But at the same time i spend all free time i have waching people like you guys online so when that happens i have to think in english to understand, even if i don't have to actively think to understand what's going on.
