Underworld’s headline show on the West Holts stage at Glastonbury Festival on 24th June 2016 was the band’s first visit to the legendary festival since 1999. Four songs in, Two Months Off began and levitation was achieved. It was a remarkable example of the healing power of communal music - the band commanding an unstoppable train of positivity and hope with room for everyone to jump onboard (and dry out!). It was just what people needed to send them into the night, faith restored.

No, no All I want to do is see Glastonbury 2021. I don’t want to be nostalgic I want to carry the hope that people have fought hard enough to preserve our children’s freedom for culture in general. At the moment, that is not the case. Europe, the whole world is suffering under a dictatorship and I don’t see much commitment from the artists known to the people to show their solidarity openly
