My own experience, If possible have real standups atleast 2 times a week, huddled around a sprint board. *I used to frown upon this* , considering it a waste of team time, however with Story points or task "effort" being measured and discussed as a group, it helps to ensure developers or designers keep each other in check, especially if you're personally unsure of the technicalities of a task. For example, If "John" has taken 3 days to complete 1 website header, whilst James has completed the equivalent of 5 headers in 3 days.. John and James being in each other's presence whilst progress is discussed, encourages accountability and efficiency, and also keeps feedback objective (no emotions). You can follow up by asking the entire team if "effort needs to be remeasured?" as opposed to calling one person out, to where the team then debate amongst themselves. Slackers or weak links are then exposed by design, which results in less conflict and rifts between yourself and team members.

What I seen so far they need to adjust or input in career mode 1. Robot movement in the clinch (needs clinch game with punches) 2. Socks in the game 3. Mini training games 4. Brand sponsor you and renew every 4 to 5 fights. You need wear brand trunks, gloves for the contact period 5. Black hair is grey on characters included Ai boxers 6. Voices for male and female (coach cutman mangers ). Too much reading 7. Refree in the ring 8. Need security guards in the entrance 9. More hairstyle & facial 10. Option to fight catchweight 11. All brand should be locked beginning of career you have get sponsor to unlock them. 12. Call out any fighter even if they are below ranking 13. 3rd commontstor explain the scorecard why they are winning the rounds 14. Speaker logo or Coach face speakers advising you whilst fighting 15. Option to loan for injury but need to pay back within 5 fights. Injury should cost minium 60,000 not over 200,000 16. Able to avenge your loss even you are higher rank 17. Able to see boxers record with the list of names who you fought 18. Able to see other fighters stats before accepting in the ranking list 19. Pay percentage for holding organisations belts 20. Whilst holding belt it's obligatory for you to face mandate then choose who you wish 21. Cutscenes when you won the belt and celebrating 22. Trophy & belt cabinet see your achievements 23. License fighter shouldn't age for example canelo went from 93 to 55 overall it was less competive. 24. Able to move up in weight 25. eliminator tilte match 26 should able to win intercontinental title between 30 & 50 rank . Top 15 to 5 can win IBO world Title 27 create rivalry - promote upcoming future fighter through social media 26 Don't remove punch style end of your career ( from Canelo punch I got forced to use some other punch) 27. There should not be only 1 person hold all 4 belts 28. Option to choose rounds on fight negotiations. When you are middle of rank you can't go below 10 rounds

100% mate, and i've also been playing this game since early access, but cant say i've had 200+ hours like some streamers (eyegameuwatch) i am a boxing fan and not amazing at online ranked (80/85/4) but stopped playing online due to career mode coming out. this video highlited problems with the ai that i did pick up on, some anyways while playing. no one was spamming upperkuts to the body, step back rights etc (that you see online) however i agree with all that you said, the gameplay is okay but they need to change the ai i personally dont mind sim training however it does seem like a chore and repetitive i don't see the point in having to sim for sharpness as well as weight as if you sim for sharpness from 25/30 to 70, then you end up overweight at the max which doesn't make sense as why would you put on weight when you've been training all them weeks this causes to waste more weeks and age faster. also yeah the hairstyles, body physique and beards i wasn't impressed with no cutscenes (we aint asking for story mode esque cutscenes but at least for belts) ai is deffo the main problem i found out late in my 30's that you can acc send out contracts to any fighter but by then the likes of canelo, sugar ray, khan were all like 50/60 rated yet still top of the governing bodies and had all the belts, how does that make sense the real life fighters shouldn't age there's me thinking that all this time i aint been getting real opponents, just made up ones so i have to get the better managers and then ill get offers from canelo etc but that wasn't the case when i unlocked the best promoters also aside from career mode if thats the last update which i hope isn't then we need a lot of fighters added including the absolute necessities like mike tyson, floyd mayweather, manny pacquiao, gervonta davis, chris eubank, devin haney, george foreman etc. also additional referrees as there's only kenny bayliss all in all you know it's not a big ask from steel city, from what i understand they have limited budget creating fighters and adding refs is not a big ask, increasing the customization for career is not a big ask, adding cutscenes for belts adds to the experience and again is not a big ask we aren't asking for story mode like changes as it isn't story mode, however it would be nice to see these changes, along with changes to training giving the option to sim to say a set level, or the option to get an A grade or D grade in the same mode (e.g. defensive sparring) if you decide to do the training a training mode is something to definitely think about but not top of priority and of course fixing details and stats e.g. ensuring fighters e.g. kell brook, crawford, canelo dont end up being too easy and 70 rated when it comes to fighting them, again not a big ask just a case of coding that stuff in the final point is the gameplay and improving the iq of the ai and fixing them which in my opinion yet again is not a big ask. This man explained in this video everything wrong with the gameplay all in all these are the main points and if they get recognised and fixed, we could be in a real good spot for this game

If you think about it, anything that "matters" has not been updated for over 3 years. It's all tweaks to stats, new venues, and scanned characters. I'm so tired of sports gaming not taking cutscenes seriously. Growing up, I dreamed of cutscenes in sport games, but most of them are cringey and revolve around everything but the sport, or they're just filler. Fight Night Champion is the best story in gaming because it's about the sport, whilst keeping a cinematic approach to the characters. The story in that game touches on family, disappointment, greed, betrayal, etc. Most 2k story modes are just that you get drafted with a rival, and a bunch of team reps push you to improve engagement. Most of them lack soul and authenticity. They never make you feel like an NBA player.

Oh yeah, unfortunately the 2K games have also become very bad. The main story always consists of a rival and a social media career outside of basketball. But the worst thing is that you can choose a team at the beginning and are no longer randomly picked by a team. The scenes from the draft are also completely missing from the new 2K games. Same with Undisputed, if I become champion I want to see a cutscene with the belts. Even EA has that in UFC4 even if you become double champion

@@SirchLP facts. Allowing players to choose teams strips away the feeling of a journey. When I was 13 my Myplayer on 2k11 got drafted by The Suns and cut because I played badly in the summer league. I had to play in the G League until another team gave me a chance, and then I went on to become a Pacers legend. That was more impressive and organic than any of the crap 2k has put out in the last decade.

I barely found out about this game earlier in the year, idk the whole history of development but I’m glad to see it’s coming to console in October. I appreciate smaller indie studios these days because for the most part they put actual passion/effort into making a good game. Fight Night Champion came out in 2010 (still holds up well tbh) but imo because of the rise of the UFC and just overall business behind the world of boxing is why we haven’t seen any boxing game since then. So cudos to this studio for taking on the challenge to give us all a new boxing game

We say we hope that the release will fix all of the stuff we want and add.. dialogues, cutscenes, conference press, weigh ins, training games... but, tbh the full launch will probably patch just some of the bugs and tweak the stamina and damage system. Don't know what their plan, just marketing or also quality but ... if this kind of career mode took them.. 2 years or so.. in the remaining months they will make small changes.

"Feeling cheated" are the perfect words, when the AI do random things with no logic during 5 rounds and then counter 3/4 hits with perfect spacing until you go down. The way the stamina works is bullshit between you and the AI even at close stats. Why bother doing all those stats just for adding a multiplier for the ai it's dumb and it breaks the feeling of progression. The upercuts feels terrible both on landing/throwing and yes i agree the clinch is broken. I really hope this game will try to improve things before going further on useless monetisation. Good vid ! I think the huge problem with Undisputed, is everyone involved seems to have a massive Ego and not know when to stop and build up what they already have, if they had at least that one voice in the leadership to say "this is good, let's stop here for now,and refine what we have." If they had stopped about 2 or 3 years ago we would have gotten a smaller scale, but more complete experience, instead they kept building and made it too big too fast. They said they are now focusing on Full Release for PC and Consoles now, but who knows how that's gonna go. Full disclosure,I still like the game, and still think it's great (when i can play it, it isn'tfully Steam Deck compatible), but I can definitely still see the issues.

A little late to this video, but yes I agree about the presentation of career mode. It needs more drama. I know it's not everyone's favorite part about boxing IRL, but the pre-fight press tour and the building back and forth between fighters whether that be a social media post about your last opponent, or whatever. Just adding more drama will help get us invested in the career mode. I also absolutely need to see the ability to use my custom fighter in multiplayer. Particularly in private lobbies. I understand not allowing it in ranked for balancing reasons, but at the very least my friends and I should be able to pit our custom fighters against one another, period.

Fun video and really insightful Saddens me because I was excited about this game. But did you either use an A.I voice or like what ? So many words said how no human would... like "CARCAYSIAN" The vocal audio cuts wildly and ends in a "inhuman" way. It's fine if you are just intrigued.

It's my real voice lol, but I use auto remove silences which often abruptly ends sentences, and sometimes I overmphasis on words for comedic effect.. In that instance how ridiculous is it to have a Caucasian man with a typically black american name. I mispronounced the word because I don't us it much.

I bought this before career mode came out and was impressed. I at least expected that when career mode would be eventually released it would have to be as good as fight night , i expected jump rope mini games , boxing bag mini games , sparing etc... There was so much wrong with career mode - i've become champ multiple times with multiple different characters and cant figure out how to retire. My age seems to make no difference fight all the way to 50 and all my opponents get weak as piss by the time i've fought them a few times, literally end game turns into 1st round knock out every time. I stopped playing to 50 and would just stop using the character when i was bored and start again.

Ive always alluded to "balance" for example I started a seperate Undisputed channel showcasing high ranking matches. With that, im conscious to be highly critical both in video and in comments. I haven't actually seen your career mode content! I'm more so offering advice to the smaller undisputed channels to reflect on the EA > content creator fiasco, for the sake of ensuring SCI put in the work.

I wanna make it feel like you can somewhat have the feeling of throwing a jab, slipping punches,and managing foot work. It’s actually tough but maybe I’ll do it. I have a dedicated Undisputed channel here where I offer tips each match @claimerundisputed. Key bit of advice, play matches where you're focused purely on defence. Blocking high and low. You need to build defensive patterns so it becomes subconscious to you. But yeah I'll uploading tips over the next few months on that channel

I'd imagine they have to meet certain expectations before their next shareholder meeting. With that, they had to prioritisw career and caf modes as leverage to push sales in order to get further funding. Problem is they have alot of full timers employed.. And from my experience that drains the finances, your better off hiring contractors for a few months at a time, with no pension related stuff to worry about. I could be completely off btw.. Just my experience working for startups

I'm okay with the game as long as it doesn't allow for button smashers to throw 100000 punches without tiring. So lateral movement in the game is crucial.

The experience I've played so far for Months.. Allows you to throw a body uppercut repeatedly with no defence.. And beat your opponent in under 30 seconds... 👀 It's one of many known issues which ruin online play.

I'm from the knockout kings era myself. Round 4 and champion I feel set the benchmark. I'd even give a nod to UFC Undisputed 3, since the standup was solid, however in 2024, considering the access we have to off the shelf game engines which literally come packed with physics functions.. Ref seems stiff. Need random generated refs. It never feels like you start at the bottom and reach to the top because the ref is the same person for small and large venues. There are some cut scenes that don't feel alive compared to fight night everything felt like action and flows perfect. This game is stiff but it's slowly moving forward just really slow.

Yeah I think the Ref is literally a fixed mannequin for before the fight starts.. same can be said for the boxers teams standing corner side, they have no expressions.. it's sad, because I know they have the time and resources to fix these things, but seems they're focused on Sales and partners
