Tebow completed 141 passes in the 13 games he started. That’s 10.8 per game, which is obviously not up to NFL standards.

Tebow was the ultimate leader and would take a hit like no other. He was an awesome running QB to watch for sure! He could throw too. They always say the running QB's can't throw.. Look how they treated Lamar Jackson before he got an MVP. Tebow dealt with that media bs way before Jackson had to

The Broncos were playing for the first draft pick before they started Tebow. That same defense was getting them near last place. Tebow was put in and they started winning. Tebow made everyone around him better. He was leader and that is measured in his wins. He cannot throw? Watch his game against Minnesota. He threw. He wasn’t a short range thrower, he was an awesome long range thrower.

@@sancho8441 It’s truth. Now the Broncos are losing again. Tebow is a natural leader that made everyone around him better. He did great for someone that wasn’t supposed to start for a year or two later. Enjoy the losing.

@@paulmualdeave5063 I am sorry that Elway did not bring Tebow back in 2016. Tebow was special! He was a combination of some of the worst skills in football and some of the best. The net in 2010 and 2011 was that he was ranked better than any QB in Denver from 2016-2022, and the bad was so bad that it should have been easy to make him a combination of mediocre and exceptional instead of horrid and exceptional!

Tim Tebow is the best QB Broncos has drafted when we look at results in Denver. By Tebow's 4th game in Denver he had tied Elway's career for 14+ point comebacks. The comeback against MIA was an all time NFL record and the one against HOU was an all time Broncos record. His 16 games in Denver were better than Elway's first 16. Elway and Tebow were similar in early career in the manner that they fell behind while often making mistakes, and then willed the team to win, but Elway had a lot more leeway with Reeves than Tebow did with Elway/Fox

Except we all actually watched these games. Tebow deserves credit for those comeback, but he was NOT better than Elway lol. The guy completed 47% of his throws.

@@goldenstatewarriors9418 Most people that write snarly reviews actually did not see Tebow play. Lets take the KC game - Both Moreno and McGahee were lost in Q1 and Tebow had to carry the rushing as well. Passing he had 2 completions - one a 56 yard TD, 3 drops, 1 dirtball, one 1 foot overthrow on a 30 yard pass, and scored 2 TDs. The guy also lead the NFL in 20+ yard passes from during an 8 week stretch of 2011, and had the 2nd lowest giveaway percentage after Aaron Rodgers until his bad 2nd half against the Bills.

@@carinitolafountain5978 The other fact was that Elway stunk to high heavens in 1983 and was benched in his first 5 starts. He was called the 5 million dollar mistake in his first season. Fact is also that Elway won those SBs (or TD did) in Elway's 15th and 16th season.

@@carinitolafountain5978 Actually Elway lost in 3, won in 2 as a player and won one as the head of Football operations. That does not negate that Tebow outperformed Elway on most parameters in a comparable 16 game stretch. Now Elway was hot from 1984 and we don't know 17-32 which likely would have been in Elway's favor.
