@@babygravey Coincidence that Bowyer & Woodgate were involved in a racially aggravated incident - to later be perceived as perpetrators - and they needlessly involve their black teammate? I think not. They were not his mates. At the time I heard the story straight, from the nephew (a secondary school pal of mine, in Greater Manchester) of one of the solicitors Leeds hired to defend those racist pricks.
@babygravey3 жыл бұрын
@@robt4390 a story straight from the nephew? We just heard it straight from the man himself. He never mentioned anything about racism. Its people like you who are the real racists, you need to force every incident into a racial issue. Duberry didn't see it that way so its all in your head
@seanoconnell98514 жыл бұрын
Duberry's a top man. In its own way, the Woodgate/Bowyer trial started the rot in this club. I've never heard Woody or Bowyer apologise for the part they played in the decline of the team and the club but imo it can't be overstated.

What Duberry said about the LUFC 'Chairman' was 100% true. The guy was an Exec Director, Simon Morris. Links to top-tier criminals in Leeds. He was jailed years later for sending a 20 stone henchman to threaten an business associate for money owed after he was declared bankrupt.

Best football podcast out there ,you get to find things out that you can put right in your own life foe example i ,like many Blades, gave Paddy Kenny stick for what we saw as a kick in the you know whats when he left the club after they looked after him through his drugs ban ,little did we know we had been fed a blurred story and after Paddy appeared on here i contacted him to apologise for booing him when he played against us Paddy showed his class by saying not to worry as we were not told the truth what a guy. Michael you did nothing wrong and can walk around with your head held high you should never have been put in that position by your friendf and the sign he made to his friends telling them you were not going to back them was clearly a sign they had got you into this to help get them off,i know its in the past but you were never a grass you told the truth always remember that your family must be so proud of you So there you are two stories both dealing with the truth and two players affected by it ,well done UTC for these brilliant podcasts
