Undulatus Asperatus Clouds

Courtesy of the National Weather Service in Columbia, SC, this is a time lapse video of Undulatus Asperatus Clouds moving over the local airport. The WMO (World Meteorological Organization) has not yet confirmed whether the new cloud will be officially added and a team has recommended it be included.
AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Jesse Ferrell says asperatus clouds form on the outside of precipitation areas, where the rain attempts to invade dry air.

This is Columbia, SC...I was wading in a local river that day and fishing when these clouds started forming/rolling in quick...they didnt roll by quite as quickly as this video but the video really isn't sped up by very much. At one point they got frighteningly low in the sky and from one horizon to the other they covered the sky. I had no idea what was happening and I exited the river as quickly as possible and it took a while, stopping to look at the sky here and there. I really thought something (no idea what) was about to go down.

I disagree that this should be a new cloud to the cloud family. They just resemble Stratocumulus Undulatus or Altostratus Undulatus. Maybe they form like Undulatus clouds but a little bit of enhancing was added onto it.
