There's one Super Soul that decreases the damage you take and stamina damaged by 5% but when your health goes to 10% or below increase to XXL which is great for the Namekians (I hope I spelled that right) because they heal around that level basically making them very hard to kill

Is this super soul better than Ultra Instinct super soul? I see this one has -15% damage and one time -20%. Ultra Instinct super soul has -20% damage, +20% ki restored, +40% stam recovery, and +20% movement.

Since he didn’t respond I’ll gladly do it as a Namekian main. It depends on ur play style as is everything in the game but Nameks are the only ones that benefit no matter what from ki, strike, melee, or just survivability. Build: -Health 200 (outside of male majins nameks have the second highest health with the added health regeneration when it’s low being higher the more points u put into hp, so 200 will give u almost 4 full bars of health and when u get to 1 bar of health you’ll essentially be unkillable as ur health will instantly regenerate the moment it hits red as shown in the vid) -Ki either put it at 42 for 1 extra bar or in my case leave that and stamina at 0. (If u use a qq bang with 5 on ki and stamina you’ll have almost 8 full bars each which if u have good management is more than enough) -Stamina as I said at 0 -Attack at 200 (Nameks are criminally underrated with attack power only being second to male saiyans imo. Putting it at 200 is the safest choice since if you’re doing PvP that’s the main thing you’ll be doing is using light or heavy combos) -strike and ki supers can go either way. 33 and 34 for either or. After that just choose a SS that helps ur survivability. Yes extra dmg is cool, but using Nameks is all about playing the long game and focusing on their stamina recovery as it’s the fastest in the game. They’re extremely difficult to kill the longer the match goes. That’s how I went 200+ wins to 16 losses
