Crossbow Expert lets you ignore the loading property, but not the ammunition property, so you stilll need a free hand to reload the hand crossbow... Meaning that dual wielding hand crossbows won't let you reload unless they change how ammunition works.

@@dongarnett294 I miss so much because it is the the first time I look at the document when I record and there is a lot to get through! For future videos I will be better prepared so that I can compare the current 5e version to whatever version the UA comes out! I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the vid!

You missed crossbow expert big time. Loss of bonus action attack as well.
