UnEarthed Les Gets 2002 Peaty's Revenge - DH World Cup finals -

To celebrate the 2024 edition of the UCI DH in Les Gets it would be a good time to reflect on how far the sport has progressed in 22years. 2002 I was filming Steve Peat and the other Orange DH riders for a freelance project. I didn't start at 4130 publishing the home of Dirt Magazine until November 2002 however this footage still made the DVD extras of Earthed 1. Steve took silver place in Kaprun for the world champs a week before he was devastated not to win there but in this episode of UnEarthed we see Steve claim the World Cup Overall points title for the first time by winning here in Les Gets.
