The fact that Deimos was voiced by Elijah Wood, a high profile actor, in GoW3 only for him to do one voice line and not coming back to GoS (probably because he's too expensive) is also pretty sus

SPEECHLESS!! It's just the explanation I wanted for Deimos' "unreal" design in GOS (a muscular guy who spent many years enslaved didn't seem like the most appropriate thing to portray). Once again you took it out of park, Kuba; and I also watched the Midgard video, you are both geniuses at figuring this out and making complete sense of it. This video needs to go viral!!

WOW this was the story we deserved. What we got is still amazing and that says alot but this would have been epic!

Athena might've just remained dead at the end of GoW 2 instead of coming back. If the entire Flame/Pandora/Hope plot line didn't exist but the story was about Deimos she wouldn't have any reason to be there. In fact her death would've had more emotional impact that way. Her return as an entirely different character and surprise twist villain was always a bit awkward.

Great video. This also explains why in the Rage of Sparta theme, it repeats 'Kratos, Deimos' over and over. That never made any sense to me until now 🤔

Yeah, i like this version more I guess, and Flame of Olympus wouldn't even exist there, because it's such an obvious MacGuffin, i hate how we spend the whole game working around this Flame and it doesn't even matter in the end. Well, anyway, they did what they could considering the director changing and all that. Still made one hell of a series with great and memorable story line.

This concept story are actully much cooler then what we get now, but i don't know why they decided to change the story, i guess there's some problem about this story but c'mon this story just simply to cool to the point that it make's me a little bit upset
