All this info is fantastic, unfortunately is does not state the laws that the state violates of right to due process. As the state wants you to comply within a certain timeframe, they do not comply within there own timeframes. Thus making them violate they're own laws due to incompetency, poor budgeting and lack of knowledge in there own local government infrastructure.

@@NevadaLegalServicesNow I know getting a attorney to represent the employee is a drag.I think I found one though. I look forward to getting my money and then some. They are not fit to hold a job at Detr. Bunch of frauds. I intend to expose those degenerate's.

@@ajaxwargod8229 I know this is a late reply, curious on your standings with this? I've been in this process for 3 years now, working on my judicial review and they denied my service by mail, now I can't even get a response from NLS and was told by them to just give up because the likeliness of me winning is almost impossible. I'd love to find an attorney that would take on a class action suit. I spoke with Arturo Guzman who works with DETR about an excel sheet that was labeled "Flagging constituent concerns to the Governer's office" with my name on it, along with thousands of others and shows whether or not they were contacted back by DETR. If you're still fighting this, shoot me a message.

All this info would be great if DETR did it's job and at least review the appeal. . I am 10 weeks in and my appeal just like thousands like me, have not been reviewed.

hello i got denied reason says you were discharged for theft.your employer provided information substantiating the theft .you were told you did not ring up all items for a customer,the employer provided documentation and video to support there allegations. as theft is a violation of law ,misconduct in connection with the work has been established. ok i made a mistake is what happened and if anyone there made a mistake they had to pay out of there pocket to make the register come out right . when i was told i did this i paid for what i did not ring up then i was told .That he could not have me work there . Any time the drawer came up short the owner made who ever pay it back so the drawer balanced out right . how can they say theft i made a mistake paid for it so where the theft , Because of my mistake if he did not want me to work there . I was never told i was fired . And if my drawer came up short i always paid it to fix my mistake just like everone eles did there . is this fair . that i only was denied unemployment for a mistake that was paid for by me who made it . this is the first job ive had that was working a cash register . and was told if i make mistake id have to pay which i did . please help
