It’s partly true. If you get the process done by CAF patronato, they’ll do everything for you with no extra procedure needed. They charge a fee

Please i worked for about 3 years and stop working since 2 years now when i was pregnant. I was so sick and did not even do maternity bonus. My question now is that any time i work for like six months and i appy for disoccupazione will i be paid for the last years i worked? Thanks

@@DorcasEmmanuel-w9u I’m sorry to hear about your situation. For you to qualify for disoccupazione, you need to either be discontinued by your employer or if your employer runs out of business (closes business). If you leave your job, you will not get paid. If any of the first instances happen, INPS will calculate how much you’ll be getting depending on how many hours and years you’ve been working, full time or part time. It all depends on lots of factors
