This is a lecture series of very basic and fundamental movements to assist lower level and recreational coaches in developing strong athletes in the future.
Lots of kids I have worked with in the past, struggle with getting fired up about uneven bars. The physical preparation is exhausting and over doing the turns on the bars can cause rips and hurt hands.
This is a rotation of basic shapes and fundamentals I use when in a small space. The entire rotation can be done with a few mats and a set of recreational quad bars. Each of these athletes have since gone on to compete in junior elite, level 10 or college.
