Uneven & Unsafe! Caravan Suspension Woes

We notice that the caravan is leaning down on one side. I take it to a caravan repair shop in Taupo where they say I'm very lucky I didn't get a burst tyre! They say the suspension is the issue and they'll need to take it off and sent away to be repaired.
Afterwards, we stay at a campground nearby and have a summer holiday!
