Its 3;45 am. Normally toss and turn but got online to look for help ended up here. I think my sleep issues has to do with grieving. 3 very traumatic deaths in family and I am not coping.

Amy, I am incredibly sorry for your multiple losses and sorry that nobody has responded to your post until now. I would be shocked if you WERE able to sleep. That is too much for ANYONE to get through. If I were you, I would go to my family doctor and tell him/her what you wrote here, because you are overwhelmed with grief. I'm not a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist, but I've experienced losses, and have had difficulties getting through them. I hope you can talk with someone, maybe get on an antidepressant for awhile, it takes at least a month to really notice the effects of most antidepressants, but it's been 3 months already for you, so I would at least think about it. I hope you are doing better now, but if not, please think about talking to your doctor. I really hope you can get some form of help.

If you have trouble sleeping because you start thinking too much, a little low static noise goes a long way. I've had that problem for some time. My minds starts racing when I don't get outside things to process.

I believe some of these are subjective. I can't sleep in complete silence. All my life, I've had to fall asleep with the TV on (low volume). If it turns off during the night for whatever reason, I wake up almost immediately.

To have a good sleep you have to have a decent amount of serotonin. Serotonin each day converts to melatonin, what allows you to sleep well.

See everything on this Earth has side effects, I know it's not the topic but since they like to throw everything out there.... Having low vitamins is bad, yet having too much of a certain level of vitamin is bad also. Sleeping less is bad but yet sleeping too much is also a problem. Eating too much causes obesity, eating too little causes metabolism issues and deficiencies. Having too much sex is bad, having too little sex is also bad. Masturbating is healthy once a day just like a glass of wine is healthy once a day. Side effect? addiction or obsession and dependency. See my point? That's why I just do whatever the fuck I want and say fuck it to all because keeping a balance on everything is just so....AAHHHH I'm not a scale I can't keep a balance on the things I consume and do. I can barely keep a balance on my mental state. 😧

High school. High school students have a well established natural shift that occurs in adolescence due to their circadian rhythms (11pm) yet school starts at 8:30 which means that students need to wake up 1 hour early to allow them to be ready. This results in them not sleeping enough and with being unable to make up sleep debt with the consistent schedule, it’s just really unhealthy.

Well I was tested for low iron level and the doctor told me to go buy some gummies that had like iron or what not in them but I've been taking them for about a month and nothing has really changed
@miloradvlaovic
@miloradvlaovic 7 жыл бұрын
It usually takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months of Iron supplementation to get the iron levels at what's clinically considered "normal". In the meanwhile patients don't normally feel better, stronger etc. Anemia is really a "drag" sort of say. You'll just going to have to be persistent and patient.

I always read a couple hours before bed. I actually went to the doctor today because I was very sick last week and had seizure activity now I’m lethargic, fatigued, headache, having trouble eating solid food, tremors and ticks, excessive sweats. They checked my heart rate and blood pressure by laying down and standing up. They ordered blood and urine samples. They were worried about a possible heart problem because my gram has a bunch of heart problems and blood flow problems and such. But says my heart sounds and appears fine. Now they are looking at electrolytes, kidney function, gal bladder. Just trying to rule out anything she may be able to fix before sending me for further more expensive specialty testing.
