Just to clarify how Pernida died: His previous nemu prototypes kept dying because they couldn't cell divide on their own and grow. So he inserted an organ into Nemu that rapidly divides her cells. Nemu's brain regulates it. Since Pernida ate and absorbed nemu without eating the brain, it gained the ability to rapidly cell divide and constantly multiply at an insane rate with no way to stop it. He basically gave it cancer.

It would be pretty funny if Mayuri mentions this to Urahara. Jinta and Ururu are both synthetic souls with synthetic bodies, created by Urahara, and so he's already created two beings just like Nemu. The soul king was always a quincy, just like Yhwach. The soul king is not a god, he was a human born with exceptional powers. He was exterminating hollows, so the shinigami decided to intervene. The soul king foresaw this and decided to go along with the plan of him being nothing more than balance for 3 worlds. This is what Yhwach never understood, he saw this as pathetic, but the soul king foresaw the whole future, including yhwach defeat and even the existence of Ichigo. He decided this was the best outcome for the universe. He is not a god. Something or someone else (Kubo??) created the Bleach universe, including humans, soul reapers, hollows. The soul king was simply born in it and his powers were exceptional.

There is a reason manga readers refer to Mayuri as the TYBW MVP. Bro put in more work than anyone else, even the so-called "special war powers" that were said to be the only real problem.

1 - As far as it has been shown in the source material, they're just moddified-souls like Kon. That means Urahara didn't create their souls, only their bodies. Nemu's soul was created entirely out of reishi particles, so basically as if we humans were able to create fetuses on a lab just with chemicals which is crazy 2 - Even if they were created like Nemu, they seem waaay younger than her and Nemu does seem to age at a relatively normal pace considering that we saw her after the time jump looking like an 8 yo. So if they are created the same way they should age at about the same rate, so there is no way they're older than her 3 - Even if somehow they are older, Nemu is not just an artificial soul, but she is also a soul reaper. People often forget but she actually has a zanpakuto, while Urahara's don't. Maybe they can get one, but again, as far as it has been shown, Nemu is the only one.
