this thumbnail is hilarious to me bc a couple years ago me and a couple others gaslit a friend who didnt know much about melee or jerma into thinking that jerma was a top melee player. he believed this for a couple months and we made up some intense lore like how he was ranked #6 in the world and he played doc, and his rival which was a made up player we called calculator (we used pictures and videos of kootra) was a fox. we even made a fake ssbmrank list with a bunch of ridiculous names like bobby scar and scorpion master in addition to hungrybox and zain bc those were the only two melee players he knew.
