UNEXPECTED! This BEHEMOTH 4 bedroom Mobile Home is a shocker for the price!

My brother, who is a contractor, said that this is a very solid built home. Buccaneer did a great job. He inspected it very thoroughly because I'm baby sis. 😂😂 The price was amazing. I loved the features in the home. What he skipped over in the laundry room was the real door for the water heater. Yes. I fell in love with that 10ft. island. 😮 So you all can't have this one because it's already mine. 😂😂 Call Ashley at Smith's and she'll get you one. She's amazing!! So is the owner Glenn. They will make sure you get the best home for the best price with the best set up. The same home elsewhere is so much more expensive. Smith is the best!!!

I agree with you on the wasted space in master bathrooms, but this one is well proportioned. You get 2 sinks, a large tub and large shower but you are not tripping over yourself and the closet is still large. Very nice!

Would someone please explain to me why they keep putting electric fire places in these homes and stoves, in a state that if we get high winds or even a snowflake this state shuts down and we loose power. A gas fireplace and stove would be more practical.

I think it’s an option. You can possibly have them put gas logs or wood burning inserts in!

Not liking the entrance location of the main bedroom! The den is nice- take the weight of entertainment off the living room or kids play room. The bedrooms are a nice size. The price is fantastic for all that it’s offering.
