Another nice home with a great floorplan! For me, I would need carpeted bedrooms, eliminate the barn doors, and for the master bedroom, I would opt for a regular white door. Thanks for a great tour Todd!!

I was waiting for you to showcase this home. I would want the same color flooring that you have in your new home, I also would want the beams a little lighter, the pantry in the kitchen used to show as a bar area, If not, than I want that to be a walk in pantry clear to the other side and seal that closet up with drywall. This home and Hey Jude is my favorite, and I'm coming for one of them by the end of summer, I'm going to tell them about you Todd. Thanks for sharing.

I was hesitant about featuring this home because so many channels have done it. I'm not sure what changes you can make. If you could get the Hey Jude now would be the best time with them with the clearance sell knocking $10,000 off. Thanks for going to tell them. When I went by today they had their advertising agency there, they were just leaving, and I was told that they were asked if they had anyone in mind that was a customer that they would suggest to I guess give a testamonial and they told them me. I guess I will be in one of their ads.
