Unexpected Update from Kyiv, Ukraine - Drones for Pokrovsk

You know, I'm a philologist. But that's no excuse for my technical incompetence. My friends gave me a microphone because they said the sound of my videos was terrible. But as always, I didn't have time to read the manual, and this video has even worse sound than the previous ones. The reason for this is that I am woefully short of time. Working at the university takes up most of my day. Maybe when I'm retired (if I survive this war) I'll finally get to grips with all the software, cameras and microphones. In the meantime, forgive me. We're asking for your help again. Our goal is at least 10 FPV-drones. We will give them to our friends, the Ukrainian soldiers who are now fighting near Pokrovsk. It is very difficult for our soldiers there now. A horde of orcs is advancing on Ukrainian soil. There are 10 orcs against one Ukrainian soldier. Only technology can save us. You know, my channel is very small and I live with my children on the salary of an ordinary Ukrainian teacher. I haven't even bought a generator and an Echo yet. True. An empty country is not worth fighting for. My mother stayed in the country during WWII and my grandmother stayed in the country during WWI. Father and grandfather have been fighting in the wars. That is because my father was about 40 y when I was born and his father also the same age when he was born. I hope I am not the third generation to live in a world war. I am too old for the military, but I sure will do something for my country if this happens.

Canning. I would suggest getting a pressure cooker, some Mason jars and lids and getting into canning. It is a time consuming process for sure, but it is a good thing to do with excess home grown vegetables. Also good for some of them is sun drying. I have learned small parts that should not be moved or rearranged to the floor and house cats do not mix well. Stray flies or spiders often encourage the cats to enter the work or storage spaces we care about. It is not their fault, it is just how things work. A few coins shaken in a can scares everything away. A child's Water gun provides encouragement of discipline. Often the mere sight of someone reaching for the water pistol encourages immediate better behavior and they begin to leave the work tables alone. :)
